New publication: Country differences in the history of use of health claims and symbols

August 2016 - One of the main challenges of the CLYMBOL project has been to measure the impact of health claims and symbols in Europe. To achieve this objective, researchers had to understand how health-claims have been regulated in each country and to what consumers have been exposed prior to the Regulation in 2006. Key stakeholders from all over Europe have been interviewed and the results have been published in the article "Country differences in the history of use of health claims and symbols". This paper is published in the European Journal of Nutrition & Food Safety 2016, 6(3) and is available in Open Access.
